Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your Brisa Brisa purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for exchange or store credit.
- Returns received within 15 days: Full store credit or exchange
- Returns received between 16-30 days: Subject to late return fee
- Returns received after 30 days: Will not be accepted
How Returns Work
What We Accept:
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging when possible
What We Don’t Accept:
- All accessories (scarves, jewelry, belts, etc.)
- All sale items
- Candles, lighters, and matches
Store Credit
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at hello@brisabrisa.com to initiate your return
- We’ll send you a return package slip with instructions
- Pack your item securely with the return slip included
- Ship to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your store credit or exchange
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Exchange Shipping:
- You pay for return shipping to send the item back to us
- We’ll cover the shipping cost to send your exchange item to you

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@brisabrisa.com with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
